Monthly Fast and Prayer

At Anohter Hoe Inc., the leadership gather every last Saturday of the month fast and pray for the nation, the Citizens, and the vision of the organization Successful Fast and Prayer Gathering We recently concluded a powerful period of fasting and prayer led by our committed leadership team. This spiritual initiative strengthened our unity, renewed our vision, and deepened our commitment to serving others.

Another hope building hope together

Drug abuse among disadvantaged youth in Liberia continues to pose serious social, health, and economic challenges, particularly in densely populated urban communities….

Purpose of the awareness

The purpose of our first our awareness campaign is to educate disadvantaged youth on the dangers of drug abuse, promote positive life choices, and link drug victims to available psychosocial and rehabilitation support services.

Our Objectives

  • To raise awareness on the causes, risks, and consequences of drug abuse among disadvantaged youth and young people
  • To promote behaviour change and positive decision-making among young people.

Target Beneficiaries for the Awareness

  • Disadvantaged youth and young people (ages 13–30)
  • Drug abuse victims and at-risk youth and young people
  • Community leaders, parents, and peer groups
  • Local authorities
And that's not all...

Key Activities

  • We Conducted Community awareness sessions and interactive discussions with harmful  drugs users
  • We aslo Provided counselling for victims
  • Collected complete information on each victim for future use
  • Distribution of Another Hope, Inc materials (brochure, T-shirts, cups, etc.)
  •  and we carried on several interviews with the  (office of the Commissioner, community leaders, citizens, harmful drug users, etc)
  • We also had lunch with all of them…
